Gigabyte Intel Z77 motherboard in a Corsair Carbide 400r/GB intel Z77 with an Ivy Bridge i5-3750 processor

I'm wondering if there would be any problems with this Gigabyte motherboard:
In this Corsair Carbide 400r case:

Or if there would be any problems with this Ivy Bridge i5-3570 processor
in said motherboard.

If there are any problems, can you recommend a fix?

Should be good to go, even with a good size GPU
