So I was playing Age of empires II with my friends and the second time I started the game up, it kinda cut off the top and bottom parts of my screen. I restarted my PC after that and now that problem has persisted for days.
Fiddling around with my AMD's control center didn't help much, as I somehow could fix it temporarily, but as soon as I restarted my PC it went back to where it was. And yes, I have the latest drivers.
I was using a Philips TV with DVI to HDMI as my monitor! And the remote is... well it's missing so I can't change the zooming or such. But this is the first time I've ever encountered this problem so I assume it's my PC doing this.
