Is this AMD FX-6300 BE 6-CORE 3.5GHZ 14MB SOCKET AM3+ BOX compatible with GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard ?

Yes, since the cpu has "am3+" in the name, and so does mobo, thats a sign that it does.

Technically the 870A Chipset is compatible with FX-Series processors, but they require an update. Gigabyte has not provided a BIOS update for that motherboard unfortunately.

So, unfortunately that MB is not compatible with that processor.

Unfortunately that is only an AM3 (not "+") motherboard.
