hello.3 days ago i built my first (budget) gaming pc..i have noticed that the stock cooler isnt enough for my proccesor(amd athlon x4 750k) becuase when i play games the proccesor goes up to about 70C...i am not comfortable with that temperature...is this cooler going to perform better than the stock one and lower the temps?http://www.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-tx3.html
***I will not be overclocking btw...***

yes it will give better cooling and some not a lot over clocking room if you go that route eventually.
there are better alternatives. maybe check out the cooler master 212 plus or the hyper 103.
as for the current temps you need to clean out your case and get better air flow by tidying the wires out of the way of air flow, and adding more high cfm fans, if you can. because 70'c tells me your case is starved of cool air and or full of dust.

you didnt read what i was writing...i builted this pc 3 days ago..LOL..i have one exhaust fan in the back and one intake in the front...

your rite i skimmed it.
but most of what i said still holds true, tidy your cables out of the air flow channels. as for the stock cooler not being enough it should be (just) run real temp and get back with the tjmax my guess is your running beyond it by about 10'c if this is the case then you have either a mounting problem or an air flow problem.

when you mounted the cooler did you press it down and rotate it slightly left and right to work out any air bubbles? if not give it a try you may just cure the issue. dont remove the cooler just rotate it slightly after you unclip it. then lock it down when you feel resistance increasing.

i changed the pre applyed thermal paste...cleaned both cpu and cooler...but the temps are still the same...:/ should i go for that cooler?cuz right now i am on a realy tight budget and i cannot spend 40 euros on a 212 evo...will that cooler that i showed you do the job better than the stock one?(it costs 25 euros almost half price of 212 evo..)i mean i dont want to be playing games in 70C!i feel unconfortable and i dont enjoy the game...when i browse it goes up to 55C...so will that cooler that i showed you do the job better than that crap that amd provided me?
