GTX 780 with 600w PSU

Will a 600w PSU have sufficient power to run a EVGA GTX 780, my CPU is 125w, running 2 HHD, 1 DVD reader/writer?

GeForce GTX 780 - requires 42 Ampere on +12V rail and a 600W PSU minimum

It will depend on the quality of the PSU.

Yes you are fine to go. But GS series is not that good.

GS series :
