PC Randomly Crashing

My PC has been randomly crashing and I can't get to the bottom of it.

At first my PC wouldn't work at all, it seemed like it just wasn't detecting my monitor, it would boot up and the monitor would flash between analog and digital and I couldn't get past that stage. I took everything apart, cleaned it and put it all back together along with resetting the motherboard and finally got it to work.

My problem now is that it randomly crashes and has been doing so for weeks. Sometimes it crashes back to the black screen which allows you to restart and other times it freezes completely and I have to cut the power to restart. When it freezes the PC keeps running but the monitor goes back to no signal. Once and only once it went to the BSOD with a clock interrupt secondary core warning.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when and why it crashes either. I'm at a loss and if anyone can offer me any help or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I'm running

Windows 7 64
GTX 560ti
AMD Phenom x4 965
M4A77TD Motherboard
8 gigs of ram

Solution
So the HDD/SSD's are fine ? and so the RAM ? Another GPU gives you same result ? Did you atleast tried the MB without RAM sticks ? I think speakers are there and its not disabled. Did you hear any beeps ?

I suspect the MB and PSU.

So far I checked my ram, I've tried another GPU and my hard drive tests fine. The only thing I haven't done is to borrow a PSU. I'd take all of my ram out but my MB either has no speaker or it's disabled.

Any other ideas?
