Comm port 4 driver not updating

Gahhhhhh! Why does this have to be so technical? I am running AVG pc cleaner andI keep getting a notice telling me my comm port 4 needs a driver update. I think. What IS comm port 4, where is it located and why do I need it? Even more basic than that: where do I access device manager? I've been using computers since the 80's and I STILL DO NOT KNOW!

Right-click on My Computer, "Manage", then "Device Manager". On the right side you will see your devices.
Having COM4 - this is either some laptop' modem port, Bluetooth device, or desktop' actual serial port. If this message bothers you - find COM4 on the list, and just disable it (don't delete it, as it will reappear on next reboot).
