Hi everyone. I've been going through a lot of different builds for computers but can't find myself committing to anything so I'm reaching out to the Community.

I'm trying to build a Gaming PC for $1,500 and be able to play high end games on high settings and also be able to do live streaming during. I will be playing games such as Diablo 3, Battlefield 4, CoD among other games.

Any help with this would be awesome!

That PSU is a bit overkill but it will allow you to SLI that GTX 770 later on for Titan level performance.

That should do what you want very well, with ample room for future expansion. The i7 will help with encoding of the frames for streaming, the 770 that'll give you great performance in games. SSD to store a few games and OS, 3TB HDD for mass storage all in all, it's something i'd buy if i had your budget.

i7-4770K and 16GB of RAM don't add hardly anything to improve gaming performance. 3TB is one of those things that's relevant to the user. The average gamer will never use that much storage, but it depends on what the usage is, and you can always add more drives as you need them.

They won't add much to gaming, sure. But they'll help caching and encoding frames for streaming. Less dropped and un encoded frames is always a plus when it comes to streaming. With the rise of games like Star Citizen and other games like it, it's becoming more and more important to prepare for 64bit games that will be able to utilise more than 4GB of RAM. There's really no point in going for less than 3TB these days IMO, the price/GB is so much better than it used to be, why not spend another $10-30 more and get yourself 3* the space. Also, multithreading ftw.

i5 and 8gb is enough for streaming. I stream myself. You just have to play around with the setting depending on the game and you won't have any problem streaming.

It's enough for streaming, but if you're gonna be spending $1500, you might aswell go for the upper teir and make your streaming experience that much better for not much more cash.

I did notice the major differences in build with each is RAM which I understand why each chose the differences. But what I also wanted to know is I saw someone chose the 780 3 gb and someone chose the 70 4gb. Would like to know the advantages of each since they look like a $200 difference.

I choose the 780 3gb because well it's superior to the 770. It will be able to handle games much better than the 770, which I own. I myself want the 780 :(

Well if there's only a $30 difference go for it. It will probably be a while before games start taking full advantage of 64 bit architecture though.
