if your ISP is cox cable and you use a VPS (from another ISP provider) will the list of sites you visit on the VPS (from another provider not COX) VPS on your computer(ISP is COX) show up on the COX logs?
what about a proxy server is used instead of vps??

Not unless they really care to go digging in what you are doing. Unless you are running encrypted traffic they "can" see where you are going. Like most things unless you are doing something that gets their attention they do not have time to bother monitoring you.

Of course if you start doing illegal stuff that law enforcement gets involved they can use some of the common man in the middle exploits and likely even monitor your encrypted traffic.
