What is a good cheap (around £50 or cheaper) cpu cooler?

I was hoping for a good cpu cooler that will keep my cpu cool as i will be slightly overclocking it (not massively though) but i couldn't find out which one to get. I really want a fan rather than water cooling as it requires too much maintenance and it is too dear. I would like a good fan that good keep my cpu cool and would work with a intel i5 4670k lga 1150 haswell socket. Also this is the case I am getting...
