So here it is. You probably don't know this brand, but spec looks fine. What do you think guys?

V12 rail seems to be reliable.

I want to use it along with i5 4670k and r9 290x.

If you can afford an i5 4670k and r9 290x i would suggest spending on a good quality power supply unit. One with a 5 year or more warranty would be a good place to start.
If you tell me your budget and country i will try and help select one:)

Quality brands are known internationally. That is not one. The specs are decent but there are no reviews and I can't even find who made it. Just because it's listed as having certain specs does not mean it can deliver them and without a review there is no way of knowing. I would not buy it. In fact I doubt I would use it if it was free. Especially for a power hungry R9 290X.

So I' m from Poland, and i can pay up to 5000 zł/1200$. Silentium PC is well known in my country, it's a polish company, idk if they ship their products abroad EU. Here is the part from review that you may find interesting (numbers!) translated with google translate (sorry)


How in terms of power supply voltages SilentiumPC Deus M1 650W does? The power supply has been charged with a total power drawn by a professional testing device PSUkill2 : 553.9 on the lines:

3.3 V - 13 A (42.9 W)
5V - 11A (55W)
12V - 38A (456W)
Generally, the AC was doing with so much power (85.2% of nominal power) quite well. Tensions slightly deviate from the ideal (all of the above, a maximum of 0.18 V to +12 V), but were within the standard ATX and were stable.

650 watts is recommended for a 290X. Also the M12 II is a great power supply but I don't believe it's compatible with Haswell low power states.
