Ok so i just came across a Dell Precision T5500.
this is the specs
Dual Xeon E5530's 2.4 GHz
Motherboard is a Dell D883F Precision T5500 Motherboard
Has 6 gb ram
graphics Nvidia quadro 4800
power supply is 875 watt

Now here is my question
What gpu would you recommend putting in it if you would at all. No more then like 300$
I cant build a gaming pc so i was hoping i could get a decent gpu and get ok performance out of it.

Another question
Will the cpu's hold back the gpu

this would be ok for gaming and would it not get held back by the cpus?

Not much choices, with AMD used for Bitcoins and LiteCoins, they're either sold out or their prices are insane.
Best option would be to get a Nvidia card

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 4GB Video Card ($289.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $289.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

so are you not sure if it will or will definitely not use all of it

With your CPU setup, a 760 may never get utilized near 100%. You might be best to save some money and get a GTX660 for around $180.

Here is a great one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Current games do not use more than 1 CPU and it's a great possibility the 2nd CPU will be idle most of the time.
This leaves to just 1 CPU doing most of the work, you're running your games.
The cheapest route would be to just get a video card and go from there, if it works great and all, then there is no need to be concern about whether the CPU will hold back your video card.
The other option is to go full out and upgrade the CPU and motherboard. Based on what you have, socket 1366, you can go and upgrade to 2011 to keep it at level since socket 2011 is the successor to socket 1366. This also upgrades your ram from triple channel to quad channel. Both of these platforms have enough PCIe lanes to run 2-way SLI and CrossFire X at full x16/x16. Another platform would be mainstream and that is socket 1150, this give you dual channel ram and 2-way SLI or CrossFire X runs at x8/x8 instead of dual x16/x16
Current socket 2011 will not support the upcoming Haswell-E, that will need a new 2011 socket and run on DDR4.
Socket 1150 is running the current Haswell and it's say to support the next CPU called Broadwell.
