Yup, i had the same problem before. I had a old dell but it messed up my GPU and my motherboard, later killing it after I got a new pc. OEM motherboards suck, and not worth upgrading anything to it. It's pretty much the motherboard not supporting the graphic card you have. I could be wrong, but I had the same problem.
