Im wanting to make a PC for around 370$ and is able to play games such as bf3, bf4, gta 4 and Dayz. Will this be able to? is it good enough?

It's a little old, but you can probably get this for a little cheaper now :D This guy has some great builds, and it can run BF3 on high 45+ fps, I'm sure you could handle BF4 on medium or low, the game will still look great.
