One day I moved my PC from one table to another and suddenly my mouse stopped being recognized. All my other devices are still recognized and functioning. I tried my mouse on a buddies computer and it worked and I tried his mouse on mine and the same problem happened. How do I get my mouse back?

check that the cpu and cables in your pc are on tight and not causing a short. look at the usb ports and the rear io shield make sure there no bent pins or the shield shorting out the mb. check in the bios to make sure the usb ports are on. if it just mice try reinstalling uab and motherboard chipset drivers see if one of them is damaged. try booting into safe mode f8 see if the mouse works there.

Is it wired or wireless? What model? Go to manufacturer's web site and download drivers for this model. If it wireless, you nay need to reconnect it with receiver.
