Hey guys/girls I am planning on buying my first gaming PC and I was wondering whether all of these components would go well together?

Build:
Case - CiT 1011B Midi case
CPU - AMD FX 8320
Motherboard - Asus M5A78L-M
RAM - 8GB DDR3 Corsair 1600mhz
CPU Cooler - Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2
Hard Drive - 1TB S-ATAIII
GPU - Nvidia GTX 770
PSU - CiT 700W Black Edition
OS - Windows 8 64 bit

With your budget and a GTX770, I think a intel i5 3570K or 4670k would be better.

Don't bother with that cooler. the 92mm fan will be noisy.
Spend a bit more on a cm hyper212 with a 120mm fan.

You will need about a 575w psu for the GTX770. But, never buy a cheap psu.
CIT is a brand unknown to me.
Pick a quality brand from this list:

See if you can't work a ssd into your budget.
120gb will hold the os and a handful of games. 240gb and you may never need the hard drive at all.
