how can i reboot using usb on compaq cq56 it says no bootable partition in table

was trying to restroe password as its been forgotten and i put in aa usb into my compaq cq56 with reboot inc and the screen reads "no bootable partition in table" and wont let me go any further!

Firstly: What does "with reboot inc" mean?
Secondly: You were reseting a windows password or bios password... and what tools (software) did you use that lead to this error?

FYI: If it's a factory loaded system, you can usually just reboot Windows into safe mode and use the built-in administrator account to reset other account passwords. If the system does not have said admin account, you can boot up with Hiren's boot CD and use the included password reset utility.

But for the hole you dug yourself in, we need more detail you help you. A password reset should not write any kind of partition data.
