Works on my desk top running windows 8 but will not show up as a drive or anything on my dell venue 8.1 tablet i have lots of files i need for work i believe its a driver problem is there any work around so i can get this drive installed? i mean it tryst to install and the green light blinks like its installing. And then just sits there and finally turns off but it never shows up at any time as an extra drive any help will be greatly appreciated THANKS in advance ! Bill
