I'm Pretty Sure I Have A Virus

I can't download anything on Firefox it just says download failed instantly and programs either take forever to open or don't open at all. The computer shouldn't be that slow seeing as i just built it about 6 days ago and I was just wondering if anyone could help me?

Go get Bitdefender.

However, that could also be Windows.

What about other browsers? What if you delete the Mozilla/Firefox folder in AppData?

Or just reinstall Windows.

I was thinking of reinstalling windows. How could I do that?

How did you install it in the first place? Same way. Just hit 'advanced' and then 'format' when it asks you where to install to.

Im confused? So i boot from my USB (thats where I booted it from in the first place) and there should be a thing that says advanced?

Yep. When it asks you what partition to install Windows too, there's a little advanced button that lets you modify the partitions.

Yes. That's the point of formatting the drive.

Just the big one. You can leave the small (100MB or 350MB) one.

Thanks so much man! After re-installing Windows 7 Ultimate it fixed my problem with downloading and also my problem with extensions in Google Chrome!
