eMachines el1358g-51w minecraft upgrade?

I have an emachines el1358g-51w and I want to play minecraft at higher settings. As of right now I can barely hit 30 fps with constant lag spikes. I think I can get an APU to replace my crappy chipset and get better processing power that minecraft needs, but I am not knowledgeable enough to know if it will work. I just want an upgrade that can allow me to play minecraft on decently high settings. I have a $200 budget.

Ok that would be awesome. I just need to know that i can safely do it with my current 220w without blowing something up and it will improve my minecraft performance. I don't want to spend $100 on a gpu that will be bottle necked or not even help minecraft. Do i need to upgrade anything else like ram?

On a normal 7750 (IE one not designed for low profile compatibility) it would probably blow your PSU, however this one is slightly under clocked to use less power. It should still be mountains different then your integrated graphics while still being low enough to not be bottle necked. I wouldn't recommend a RAM upgrade as it won't show much of a performance gain however.
