Have 6gb ram and only 1.61gb usable

My computer is a megaware kripron kseries with a 2 amd c-60, 6gb ram, windowa 7 ult. 64bit. My system was 32 bit and i've Changed to 64.

my BIOS is up to date, and don't have any option to change amount of RAM, my BIOS is: American Megatrends Inc. 4.6.4, 07/09/2011
SMBIOS version: 2.7
