Solution
GeForce GTX 760 - requires 30 Ampere on +12V rail and a 500W PSU minimum

You are going to OC, so a 600/650W PSU will be needed.

You can stay with 2TB Seagate, which is a very good drive.

Sabertooth is expensive, so you can go with this one, aswell as this PSU.

Stay with a air cooler, no need to go with a liquid cooler.

looks good. you might want the 4gb version of the 760 if you plan on a dual monitor setup. if you dont need dual monitors i would recommend a widescreen 27 or 29" monitor so you can save some money and spend more on other parts. Also are you getting the seagate 2tb hybrid drive? :)

Thank you for the recommendation on the GPU btw :) and no i was just planning on getting the Barracuda 2tb hard drive. Do you think I should get an SSD? Id like to avoid going over $1700 if at all possible :/
And also i was looking at the i5 3570k. Would it be about the same performance wise if i overclocked it?

Maybe not an sad because they have such a high price for little storage but seagate makes sshds (solid state hybrid drives) so they have lots of storage but use faster storage for the programs you use more if that run-on sentence makes sense. Im not sure about overcloking an i5 because the i7 has hyperthreading and higher l3 cache which will probably let it do better with streaming and rendering. sorry i didnt respond earlier i got distracted :)
