Shortly after excitedly installing my GTX 760, I was introduced into coil whining. I have a few questions about it.
Here's the card.

1. If Newegg allows and exchange, is this a common enough thing that I would get another card that makes the same sound. I tried playing the Witcher 2 and It was louder than the game was.
2. Is this something that goes away? Is there a "break in" period.
3. Newegg being an awesome company, might allow me to upgrade to another card. Is there a way to know if the card will do it? I was thinking:

4. This stinks. Not a question but I am surprised this is an accepted thing.
