Looks good, though you should be able to get slightly cheaper RAM, and an NH-D14 would cool almost as well for somewhat less money and (IIRC) noise.

You probably don't need the extra fans.

Should be able to break 4GHz easily, and should get to the 4.4+ range. Depends on your luck with the silicon.
