Is a 500W PSU enough for any of these video cards?

As the title says, I'm thinking in upgrading my pc, and I can't decide between AMD 7790 1GB or R7 260x 2GB OC. I personally prefer the 260x.

Will a Sentey BRP-500w PSU stand any of those video cards?

My PC specs:
Processor: Intel i5 3330 3GHz Ivy Bridge
RAM: 4GB 1333 MHz Kingston
Motherboard: Asus H61M-K

Thanks to every answer.

Upgrade your PSU to a decent brand. The power consumption of both cards are almost same. So the choice should not be among the GPUs but for a new PSU. Non-branded PSUs can't deliver enough power. Though they carry a marked Power Output of say 500W they will hardly deliver 350W or even lesser. So get brands like Corsair or Antec and make sure that it has at least got an 80 PLUS BRONZE certificate with it(80 PLUS GOLD is better and even better is PLATINUM which costs more). 450W should do fine for any of the cards you mentioned..

Thanks for the answer, I've been looking and found this one: Thermaltake TR2 500W

If I get that one, will it work properly? If not, I'm going for this one: Thermaltake TR2 600W

Thanks a lot!

The ThermalTake TR2 series has now improved, but once they were considered to be a very bad series of PSU's.
Can you not get another brand?
Power wise, they should be more than enough to power anyone of those cards.
You can even upgrade to the gtx 670 or the r9 270x directly after getting that PSU.
