I know this has been discussed many times but I have not found an answer. I have tried the CMOS battery and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds and it doesn't solve the problem. I just built this system in October and the problem persists even after installing a new bios. I have a Asrock Z87 Extreme 9/AC, Intel 4770K, SoundBlaster ZxR, EVGA GTX 570's on SLI, Asus RAIDR(boot), 2 intel SSD, 2 1.5 TB HDDs, Sony BluRay writer, 2 water cooling loops with 2 D5 Swiftech pumps, 2 triple 120MM rads, 16GB Corsair RAM, and Corsair AX1200. It did not have this problem when I had my Asus P8P67 EVO.

Solution

I figured out the problem. It was my power supply. I bought a new one and installed it and it worked. Did not expect corsair ax1200 to do this.

No I've checked my temperatures in AIDA64 and I'm showing 42-46 Degrees full load on my CPU and 55 degrees on the hotter video card (second one in the loop) PCH is in the mid 50's and everything else is very cool running. Also after powering down the computer the fans ran all night and day so I know its not cooling down. Also the water cooling system is not still running both pumps shut off. If they didn't my reservoirs would be showing water turbulence.

Some of the wires on the molex connectors for my fans are loose and I have to keep pushing them back in to the molex connector everytime I disconnect them.

Is english your second language? Don't you mean disconnect the plug? But then I would have to do that every time I turned on my computer.
