can i build a pc for $500 or should i just stick with my xbox one

i want to build a pc where i can play next gen games and older games on one system and to record and edit youtube videos can i build pc for 500-600 that can play games like battlfield 4 on high or medium what ever the xbox one plays it at i have a keyboard and mouse and i have a 32 inch tv im using for a monitor i also have a 21 inch i could use my budget is all build nothing esle no os

With a 500 dollar budget, I would stick to your xbox one for now and wait until you have a bit of a bigger budget. You could build one but it wouldn't perform as well as the xbox one due to the fact that the xbox one is still full of optimization that most pc titles don't see.

I would suggest waiting until you can do about 800 or so unless you just want it now and are ok with upgrading it later.

Trust me though Pc is worth it. Since Xbox One can't even play BF4 1080p 60 fps like $800 pcs can.

Depends on what settings. Xbox One doesn't look like it would be Maxed settings.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38d-BS62NTg He gets 26 min and max of 54 on Ultra. Xbox One doesn't look Ultra so on High probably steady 45 fps. Better than Xbox One and more pc exclusives and steam sales saves you money in long run anyway.
