yes, it is enough. you can even do a mild OC. you have 480W available on the +12V rail, (you will use about 220W without OC).
if you haven't bought it yet, i can recommend something better.

I wouldnt risk, you are looking at the real power euhmmm should be around 450watt even though it says 500. Then consider that an PSU loses its wattage over time, in short terms you could brick your system and wont be able to fix it.
I would recommend atleast a 550 watt Gold rated power supply, its always good to invest in a decent powersuplly with plenty power.
