Will my system run the ASUS GTX760 DC2OC?

Will my system be able to run and not bottleneck my ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5? Here are my components:
1. Mobo: Asrock n68c-gs fx
2. Powersupply: THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER 500W BLACK EDITION
3. Processor: AMD FX 6100 3.3 Ghz
4. Memory: 1 x KINGSTON HYPERX BLU 4GB 1600MHZ
5. CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 (fan bracket version)
6. Regular Mid size tower (removed side panel for sufficient airflow and to fit the tall cpu cooler)
7. HDD 1: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST380215AS 80GB 7200 RPM 2MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
8. HDD 2: Seagate 340810A 20GB IDE HD
9. Generic DVD rom

Everything seems fine except the PSU, i mean thermaltake has a few decent models, and that exact one is a tier3 (acording to the list) wich is Good enough, but 500W is already pushing the edge so i would definitly play it safe and get a better model with more power, 550 600w certified unit from a good brand.

My budget is kinda low. Will the thermaltake litepower 600w Black edition suffice?

Is the fx 4100 3.6 Ghz better? If i overclock the fx6100 to 3.8-4.0 Ghz, will it do? can i OC my processor with my motherboard?
