is this the best gaming config under 26k

I wanted a gaming cpu under 400 dollars
i found this config
intel i3 3220
gigabyte ga h61m-s2p motherboard
kingston ddr3 4gb ram
western cavier blue 500gb hard disk
xfx amd radeon hd 6670 ddr5 graphics card
corsair vs450 power supply
if u have any alternate suggetions in any parts let me know

I think you got the best value build down to the cent there.

If I were you, I would replace the h61 with any B75, if just for the sata 3, the usb3 and the pci 3. They are similarly priced with your selection.

cpu fx 6300
i treat these cpus equally
but i rather prefer that cpu
gpu is fine if some more money a gtx 650 ti could be bst but no problem
nonetheless best for 26k

fx 6300 is a nice one just make sure u use an after market cooler like cm hyper 101 or cm tx3 evo because while playing games temps can reach 80*c
well ur choices are nice just go for b75 its a nice mb and if possible stretch a little and get gtx 650ti ... because amd drivers are a nightmare
