will 2 gb gddr5 good for 1440x900

my spec
amd fx 4130
650 watt psu (dont worry about connectors)
and a compactible mobo
my monitor supports 1440x900 res
will i buy sapphire hd 7790 2 gb gddr5 so at this res i may play at ultra settings.

yep, should work. what's you current gpu?

check out this review and based on your budget maybe you can find a better card. 1gb or 2gb is not really relevant for radeon 7790

anything over 250usd will be bottlenecked by the cpu so no reason to go over that

i dont have a graphic card right now.
my budget is around 150 $ to 170$
i need a suggestion
what i found on flipkart was sapphire 2 gb gddr5
does it utilises 2 gb really?

You're only going to notice needing 2GB at 1080p and above where performance is severely hindered by only having a single GB (in some titles, not all). 1GB is more than enough for 1440x900. For $150 I would highly recommend going with the GTX 650 Ti BOOST. :)

$170 is about 10,550 Indian Rupees right now.

You won't get anything better than a GTX 650 Ti 1GB for that.

So I suggest this one which is cheaper
