Here is my system :
GA-945GCM-S2L GigaByte Mother board .
Intel® Core™2 Extreme/ Core™2 Duo FSB 1066 Processor
With 1GB old DDR2 Samsung m3 78t2863rzs ce6 RAM.

Every thing was working fine when i installed Windows 8 . But the system was slow. So i decided to add an extra ram in the free DiMM module.
I purchased the Kingston 1GB KVR667D2N5 DDR2 RAM and added it to another slot.
Now the system is faster but it gets BSOD anytime saying MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, ATTEMPT_TO_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY .
Please help me what should i do ?

I had very well verified the ram compatibility with my existing ram.

Solution
Try running memtest on just the new stick to see if it finds errors... there is no way to verify two sticks will work together, heck two sticks by the same company that come off the line back to back aren't guaranteed to work together. Anytime you mix ram it may or may not work... I would raise dram voltage .1v and make sure the timings are running at whichever stick has worse timings.

I have raised the DIMM voltage to +0.4 v . I cant find setting for the north bridge ! after this, i havent encountered the BSOD. But lets see what happens !

Oh no ! i was just about to reply you and BAMHHH Blue Screen ! Ok i lowered from 0.4 to 0.1 V because my bios shows only four options from 0.1 to 0.4.
I have taken some CPU ID screen shots ,Here is the image http://i39.tinypic.com/2ly1onl.jpg
