Battlefield 4 stuttering problems.

Solution

are you still having issues? I know the newest bf4 updates have fixed my problems as well as the graphical glitches.

try the new 13.12 stable release drivers as well

Assuming you have enough of a system to run the game properly try enabling vsync (the one in your sig certainly is enough) it will lower your fps to the speed of your monitor but a lot of times does help with stuttering issues. additionally update your video drivers as this may help.

Well, I have a 144hz monitor. But I will try to turn vsync on.

Well, I forgot thats not my only proplem on BF4. I also getting some wierd flashing. The ground and objectives starts to flash. It's like a white flashing thats really quick. Do you know how to fix that one?

Mine even stutters a hair the game was made like crap. Have you seen what happened after the new update. Most of the maps the textures flicker a hair now. Everyone last night was seeing it. Gives you a headache and even some textures are missing.

Vsync helped for me a hair but it still does it.

What fps are you running at? It usually does that when your fps is going all over the place high and low.

If you do enable vsync make sure to hit raw mouse input to reduce the mouse lag

Specs: i7 4770k, 1000w coolermaster PSU, 16gb ram, R9 290 crossfire. All my specs are perfectly fine and should work "perfect" together. I will play a game and I will tell you guys highest and lowest fps.

Ohh you have 2 290s. Ahh thought it said just one. You should be able to hold 144 woth no aa and maybe lowing some settings. If not you may want to under clock your monitor to 96 or 120hz then enable vsync

I never asked what driver you were using. Hopefully the new beta 9.5?

I think the "underclock" of the monitor to 120 hz would help seems to me sometimes the stutter happens when you go from above the refresh rate to below it. I only have a 75 MHz monitor but also have a much less powerful GPU and it will never stutter staying in the 50s or 60s, or above 75 fps, but when it drops from say 80 to 65 it happens sometimes. I suspect you go from above 144 to below it quite often.

Honestly, it could just be the game ATM as it's been having a lot of bugs that need to be fixed by DICE, if this is a constant occurring glitch in other games, then I'd assume it would be something with your system specs.
