Will Pentium dual core bottleneck radeon hd 7790?

I want to upgrade my graphic card to radeon hd 7790 .. but im afraid if my Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3GHz would bottleneck my GPU .. my current ram is 4gb.. (Sorry for broken english)

It could bottleneck the CPU because it is an older version of the Intel dual cores but you can overclock the CPU if you want to be sure to work better with the GPU. Also depending on country and price the r7 260x would be better for the money and you can use it later if you want to upgrade the CPU too.
