Narrowing Down the Components of a Streaming/Gaming/Rendering PC

Alrighty guys I'm copming up on crunch time and I'm trying to get the ideal parts for under $1500. I plan on overclocking the CPU to around 4.2 ghz as well. Tell me what you guys think, and be harsh.

a i7 4770 and Z87 mobo would be more future proof... and pricing isn't too different. also gtx760 for graphics is about that same price

that gtx 760 is too expensive, for 330isd you should find a 770. the 760 should be about 250usd

at current we have a choices for like R9 280x or 290 great for price , or a 780

if you find one in stock sure, as i said, the 770 and 280x should be about 330usd about the same performance, an the 760 should be around 250, not 300usd

yeah a R9 280x is a 3GB card , while 770 stays to a 2GB Vram.
280x is a bit more future proof right now , but 770 doesnt lack much behind in performance due to its better cooling and lesser noise!
