how to fix my crashed xp just up dated photshop and whent to turn it on then it wont turn on plez help

Okay updating a Application does not cause Windows itself from working. XP (in case you don't know) is no longer supported for consumers (you and me) and the Corporations whom been paying Microsoft for supporting it will also be REFUSED support in just a couple months as well. So if your XP is hosed up, might be a good opportunity to finally 'change' to a supported operating system.
That said, Does the Power turn on? Do you get the BIOS (White text on black screen)? Do you get the Windows Logo? Do you get to the Desktop?
Depending on where it 'won't turn on' will determine alot.
