Im getting Corsair Air 540 with water cooling and I have 9 fans. What would be the best way to control them? I have Asus mobo so Fan Xpert 2 could be one option. Another would be fan controller. So what is your opinion? Éither of those what I said or something else?

Solution
I would get a dedicated fan controller (preferably 30W per channel or more) and use fan cable splitters so you can control 3 fans per channel.
Personally, I find varying rpm on fans to be annoying.
I just set them to a low speed using some sort of reduction cable that comes with noctua fans.
Or, use a zalman fanmate.

I think I would not use ANY extra fans in that case. It looks to have superb airflow as is.
Adding fans adds noise.
I might forgo liquid cooling too.
It is expensive, noisy, and will not cool any better than a good air cooler in that case.
