New High End Build for Gaming, $ 1500 more or less for R9 290X

Hi! This is my first time to build Desktop Gaming. This $1,500 budget is for CPU only, later I will buy for the other stuff. I want to play all games at Ultra Setting 1080p at least 60 FPS like Crysis 3, BF4 and etc. Can you share to me your recommended setup for R9 290X video card? If you could add that into the budget that would be great! Thank you so much everyone! Have a nice day guys!
