im looking to upgrade my old PC with low budget

here are the component that i think maybe good enough with my current budget $800 :
Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Thermaltake CL-P0466 86.5 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
ASRock B75M R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

i already have a VGA from my old PC, which is GeForce GTS 450 783MHz and a 750 watt PSU
and i already have a storage and other component from my old PC

i need an advice about the component that i pick for upgrading my PC, and maybe there are some suggestion ?

sorry for this noob question.
