Change the game to support TVs as monitors?

So I recently got a game JPOG (Jurassic Park Operation Genesis), and I've encountered a problem, it doesn't have any resolution options. I've concluded that the game doesn't support TVs as monitors, so is there any way I can change this? I'm using an AMD Radeon HD 7450.
I'm using the TV as a PC monitor, other games run fine with it as a monitor, just not this one.

Forgot to say I'm using it as a PC monitor, sorry. I can get the PC to with the TV as a monitor, but not the game. Other games run fine though.

If the game is trying to run at a resolution not supported by your TV (TV says no signal or bad signal when game launches), then you have two solutions:

Even the worst console ports of lazily developed games have an ini file somewhere to set the initial resolution. Find it, set resolution there to something your TV supports like 1280x720@60Hz or 1920x1080@60Hz.

Your graphics card drivers will have options for scaling. By default, these drivers pass the application requested resolution directly to the screen, but you can use the GPU scaling option to have the computer always output the current desktop resolution, and stretch any full screen app that requests a lower resolution. That way, if the game is trying to start at 800x600 and the TV won't display that resolution, your GPU will just stretch the content up to the 1280x720 or 1920x1080 of your desktop resolution. Added bonus that this will fix all games that output fixed resolutions your TV doesn't support.
