Can't overclock i5 3570K, no "Manual" option in BIOS

I have some little problems overclocking my i5 3570K on an Asus P8H61-MX USB3.0 motherboard. It has Asus' UEFI Bios and i can't really seem to find a way to overclock. Any help please? Prefereably step-by-step because i can't find anything under "Ai Tweak"

H61 motherboards are not for overclocking. Your best bet is using the OC Genie feature that I am assuming came with your motherboard. Don't expect much though. You should have bought a Z68/Z77/P67 motherboard if you wanted to overclock.
