Hey, so I have posted a couple of threads on this forum in the past 1-2 days or so, but I'm really exceeding my budget. So now I just want to know the best build I can get for about $800-$900 (lower the better, but if it would give me better performance than its fine) including OS and Monitor.

I just want to be able to max the games I'm currently playing right now: GW2, BF3, BL 1&2, Skyrim (including mods), Trine 1 and 2, BM: AC, Duex Revolution, Crysis and some other ones. Maybe future games on high/ Max settings (doesn't matter that much).

The computer is mostly for gaming and college school work, my primary computer. I have laptop that can play the games I've listed but Its not a solid experience, for most of them.

Overclock: Yes, not a whole but I would like to see some good performance increases

I'm on the verge of getting a cpu (fx 8350), motherboard ( Gigabyte 990fxa UD3; I think), and case (Corsair something Probably the 400r or something similar) from a friend who wants to sell his parts. But if you could list every part, then that would be very helpful, I'll just compare his prices to the ones listed.

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate it.

Although for $20 more you could still get an FX-8320 today. And no you don't need DDR 2400 ram, it just happened to be cheaper than the 1866 and the 2133 :)

And will this build with the list cpu and graphics card play every game I've listed on max and newer ones on high/very high quality? Or do you think I would benefit off of the fx 8320 for kind of future proofing?

R9 270 has same performance as 7870. In general it should run most games at high to max settings at 1080p.
The FX6300 is enough for that, but the 8320 does provide more performance and additional cores for very little money.
And will help in CPU bound games.

How does this one look? It's got an FX-8320 and a 7870 instead.
