I have decided on what parts to get for my budget gaming pc build f which includes an amd fx 6300 and an HD 7770 or an r7 260x if the prices are good. After some research i found that the MSI 970A-G43 motherboard best fit my budget and needs. I may do some minor overclocking on my cpu and gpu and wanted to know if this board supports it, if not are there any other budget motherboards that do?

No, it is not a good choice, although your CPU is 95W rather than 125W. Take a look here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0Ag...
The ASRock 970 Extreme4 is probably a better choice, or one of the Biostar TA970 boards.
