Is anything from these "Hotfix, Bios-Utilities, Utilities and SATA" necessary to install?
What you suggest me to do?
Thanks!!

Edit: I want you to tell me first what is necessary and then what you suggest me to install.

Get the latest off the mobos web site and I'd install all, that way if you happen to get new hardware you will be ready for it, also the system should perform optimally with the latest drivers - which is the whole purpose of them, hardware is constantly changing so they try and keep up and often fix things that were wrong with original drivers
as for me, i dont install any thing from off the boards driver disk un less it will not boot to desk top on just he windows defult drivers built in the os but if your doing a raid array you may have to get the raid drivers. if windows dont boot i think it will take you back to the part were it asks you to load drivers. then i would only load base nessrey drivers as needed one at a time till and try you get a good boot.[ like chipset]. if it goes to desktop you can install the base drivers from that point [realteck, vid card so on.] i would also leave the 3ed party stuff out until i knew the board was up and stable[asus suite ,asmeida, and stuff like this] cause they can cause issues. if you feel that you want them in do them one at a time and give a day of use between them or so to know if it the one that causing an issue. [if you load everything at once and then you got issues you wount know witch one it is but on at a time kinda points that one out as you go .] but thats just me
