Today in the morning my PC was fine. I opened it to clean all the dust and when I connected everything again it didn't start. I've been trying to find a solution but nothing seems to work. I even connected the USB that I used to install Windows but when I ran the repair it could not find a solution. When I try to boot normally it stays with the windows symbols and that's it. If I try the repair without the USB it starts loading files and when the bar is completed nothing happens, not even the HDD light flashing.

EDIT: In safe mode happens tha same

What can I do?

In order to clean the dust from the CPU fan I had to take one the the RAM sticks out. I removed it again and the PC booted successfully and restored. Is it possible that just for taking the stick out something happened to it? It didn't fall to the floor or anything.
