Please suggest a suitable GPU for the setup which has Corsair 450W PSU

Hi
I have the following setup:
Intel i5 -3570
Gigabyte B75M-D3H
Ram - 4GB , Corsair,
PSU : Corsair CS450M 450W
Now can anybody suggest me good GPU for the above setup.I dont mean very High end. I Dont play too much games and I dont OC.
My main activity is light office work, some cool casula gaming and listening HD audio/ Video.

I have i3 530 oc-ed on 3.25 ghz, 8gb ram and it works really good for my gaming purposes. I think it can even run the latest games like bf4 and ac black flag on med settings with nice fps.

Thanks for the suggestion . Anything on the NVIDIA front . Also please tell me whether my PSU will hold back if I purchase anything like
Nvidia GTX 650 / GTX 650 Ti / GTX 650 ti boost.
Specs of the above GPUs suggest that a min of 450 W PSU is needed but whether the minimum will serve any purpose.??

GTX 650 ti would run good on that Corsair's 450W PSU.
