Hi,

I have some questions how i can make my existing rig better without any expenses.

Setup:
motherboard: Gigabyte GA - P35 - DS3R
Processor: Intel (R) core (TM) 2 Quad cpu Q6600 2.4Ghz
Ram: 4Gb kingston
Gpu: Geforce GTX 560 ti
Power supply: Cooler master 650W GX bronze

Can I improve this in anyway to play the latest games normally ?

Thx

without any expense the only thing you can do is change the game settings to low

that configuration is on its peek of expiry..
by that i mean getting OLD!

though u can still last long few more time with meidum to low settings combinations for latest games at good playable fps atleast 30+fps!

you dont really need a ram upgrade right now. if you plan full upgrade then you may,
also any budget highlight?

I'm thinking about upgrading but as a student, budget isnt that high.

If I overclock the CPU and maybe put in some more ram ? wouldnt this work a bit?

Cheapest option is buy an aftermarket cooler (evo 212 or similar) and overclock the CPU, if you have decent cooling on the GPU the overclock that also. It will give you a bit more life out of your machine.
