CPU Cooler N/A
RAM 8G Kit 2133 G.Skill Ripjaws-X / G.Skill Ares
Storage Samsung 840 EVO Series SATA3 (250 GB)
Seagate SATA3 (2TB)
Video Card 2G GTX 770 Gigabyte OC
OR Asus 3G R9-280X (not decided yet)
Case Thermaltake VN300M1W2N Chaser MK-I Full Tower Case
Power Supply Corsair 80Plus Gold RM650
Optical Drive Pioneer SATA DVR-220 OEM DVD RW
Operating System Windows 8 Pro
Monitor 27” 4ms Benq GW2760HM

if you plan to oc then yes it does need a decent cooler.....does not always mean liquid cooling.

till 4.0/4.2 ghz you will be fine with an air cooler itself....any thing after that, liquid cooling is recommended
