ASRock -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157262

ASUS -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131872

I would like to overclock just a little bit, and I think both would work well, but they're very similar prices I just dont know what makes each ''better'' or different
