My old hard drive failed on my Lenovo G780. I literally just ordered a new one, put it in, and it's already giving me this error when trying to download Widows 7 to it. Is this hard drive seriously already failing? Can someone please help me fix this? I'm at wits end with this problem.
Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon.

Afraid that means your hard drive is failing. You get that message if the hard drives S.M.A.R.T test finds errors.
Just contact the retailer or manufacturer of the new hard drive and they should replace straight away. Hard drives get damaged in transit all the time.
